Day 1 – Arrival & Sunset at Bryce Canyon

Cancellation Policy

Your 30% deposit is fully refundable until the minimum number of participants is confirmed. We’ll notify you as soon as that threshold is reached.

Once the minimum group size is met, we immediately secure all accommodations, 4×4 vehicles, and logistics. At that point, the 30% deposit becomes non-refundable.

If you need to cancel more than 2 months before the tour start date, we can refund 50% of the total tour cost.
Cancellations made within 2 months of departure are non-refundable.

Because our tours require advance bookings and limited group sizes, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance for added protection.
